Regular Council meetings are held on the second Monday of each month at 7:00 pm. You are welcome to attend! Occasionally town meetings will be held to discuss pending matters as they arise. If you have any questions, please call the city building at

Christie Arlinghaus

Christie Arlinghaus elected to City Council for two terms in 2006 and 2008. She is a retired executive from the IRS.

Christie serves as Chairperson of the City's Communications Committee and serves as the City's liaison for the Adopt-A-Unit and Kenton County Veterans' Memorial.

Mike Daugherty

Mike Daugherty was appointed to City Council in 2003 and was re-elected in 2004,2006,2008.

Mike is a member of the Crescent-Villa Fire Authority, serving as Chair in 2008.

Matt Zeck

Matt Zeck has been elected to City Council for two terms, first in 2006 and currently serving from 2008.

He is a Commercial Sales Manager of Cash Management services for Fifth Third Bank and presently serves as Chairperson of the City's Finance Committee.

Dale Ramsey

Dale Ramsey joined Council in 1999, serving an unexpired term, and was elected to Council in 2000, 2002, 2004, 2006 and 2008 for a two year term through 2010.

Dale is currently employed at the Cincinnati Enquirer since February 1987.

Scott Santangelo

Serving his fourth term on City Council, Scott Santangelo is also the Vice Chairman of the Small Area Study project.

Professionally, he is Director of Operations at Music Hall in Cincinnati. Personally, Scott is married, and the father of twins.

Tom Vergamini

Thomas Vergamini, an attorney with Taft Stettinius & Hollister LLP, has been an elected member of Crescent Springs City Council since 1999.

He is currently Chair of City Council. He also serves as the City Representative and member of the Northern Kentucky Area Planning Council and as a Board Member of the Crescent-Villa Fire Authority.
