Public Hearing Notice - Land & Water Conservation Fund
Under the Land and Water Conservation Fund Act of 1965 (Public Law 88-578), citizens are afforded the opportunity to express their views concerning the recreational needs of their community. To provide a forum for the discussion, the City of Crescent Springs will be hosting an open meeting on Monday, May 22, 2023 at 6pm in council chambers at 739 Buttermilk Pike. The specific purpose of this meeting is to discuss the Lou Hartfiel Memorial Park Playground Reconstruction Project. The Public is invited to review and voice their opinion on the proposed activities and potential impacts of the project. Anyone wishing to support or oppose the proposed project can also submit written comments to email@example.com by Friday, May 19th.

CITY OF CRESCENT SPRINGS, KENTUCKY
Accepting Bids for Street Paving
The City of Crescent Springs, KY will receive sealed bids until Thursday, June 1, 2023 at 12:00 P.M., local time, at which time they will be opened and read aloud in the Crescent Springs City Building at 739 Buttermilk Pike, for street resurfacing. All bids must be sealed and clearly marked “2023 Street Paving Bid Package” and shall be addressed to the City of Crescent Springs, Attention: City Clerk April Robinson, 739 Buttermilk Pike, Crescent Springs, KY 41017.
Location Plan and specifications for this work are available from James W. Berling Engineering, PLLC, 1671 Park Rd., Suite One, Ft. Wright, KY 41011. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Bond in the amount of 5% of the bid. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance bond in the amount of one hundred percent (100%) of the bid. The City reserves the right to reject any and all bids and accept the lowest or best bid.
